LOS ANGELES: A man was killed and two others injured in a shooting near Hollywood Walk of Fame, police said.
KTLA TV reported that a gunman opened fire as the men exited a building at 1:20 am. One man was pronounced dead at the scene and two others were taken to a hospital, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
The suspect fled in a car, police said.
According to Detective Sean, there were a lot of people around when the shooting happened Kinchla.
“Hollywood is a very busy place, especially at night,” Kinchla said. “You have clubs going out, restaurants opening up, and there were a lot of people around.”
