New Delhi, 3 March (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the post-Budget webinar on ‘Infrastructure and Investment – Improving Logistics Efficiency with PM Gati (NS:) Shakti National Master Plan’ on March 4 (Saturday), an official said Friday.
It is part of 12 post-Budget webinars that the Dutch government is organizing to get ideas for the implementation of the budget announcements.
The Union’s budget contains seven complementary priorities, acting as the ‘Saptarishi’ to guide us through the ‘Amrit Kaal’.
The webinar is organized by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) as ‘lead ministry’, in collaboration with DPIIT, Ministry of Trade and Industry as co-lead ministry.
The webinar will be structured in the form of plenary inaugural and closing sessions and split into three parallel breakout sessions.
The breakout sessions cover suggestions for budget announcements related to infrastructure and investments, their implementation and the way forward.
The three parallel breakout sessions will be: “Improving Logistics Efficiency through Multimodality and Filling Critical Infrastructure Gaps”, anchored by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways; “Planning on PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan” anchored by the DPIIT and “Infrastructure Development & Investment Opportunities” which will be anchored by MoRTH.
Some of the industry leaders and experts likely to speak at the event are Dhruv Kotak (MD, JM Baxi Group), R. Dinesh (MD, TVS Logistics & CII President Designate), Ashok Sethi (Chairman, Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd) among others .
