MOSCOW: The Russian Defense Ministry said its forces would end hostilities on Monday to allow civilians to leave the beleaguered Azovstal steel plant in the Ukrainian port city of Mariupol as of 1400 Moscow time (1100 GMT).
The ministry said all civilians trapped in the facility can leave in any direction they wish.
