KYIV, UKRANE: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Friday that Kiev plans to introduce visas for russians from 1 July four months in The invasion of Moscow of his country.
“Ukraine is introducing a visa regime for citizens of the Russian Federation,” Zelenskyy said on his Telegram account. He said the requirement would come into effect on “July 1, 2022”, according to a government decision he expected “today”.
