KYIV, Ukraine – The sound of explosions shook residents of Kiev on Saturday, and Ukrainian officials reported a rocket attack in the capital. The goal was not immediately clear. The deputy head of Ukraine’s presidential office said there was an “attack on critical infrastructure facilities” and the regional government reported a fire at an infrastructure site.
