Video of 3 year old girl rocking from Mountain Stuns Internet

Her mother made the video and fully supported her daughter.

Parents carefully raise their children, closely watching their every move. Most of them tell their children not to jump or run on hard surfaces or in dangerous places if they are too young. But Sayla, the three-year-old daughter of rock climbers Mike and Janelle Smiley, isn’t your typical toddler. She likes risky activities that make even adults think twice before trying it. Her mountaineering parents think their daughter enjoys these activities.

The couple regularly posts videos of trekking, rock climbing and other outdoor activities on their Instagram account. They recently posted a video of their daughter swinging down a mountain, and it quickly went viral.

Accompanying the video, they shared a caption that read: “Our 3.5-year-old daughter, Sayla, takes rope swinging to a new level. She couldn’t get enough of it, it was amazing. Highlight of the trip so far.”

According to the parents, “Sayla has done such smaller rope swings and loves it. She wiggles her feet at the top as she learns to spin around and hold the landing feet first.”

Her mother made the video and fully supported her daughter. The parents warn of the risks, saying in the text that it’s not for everyone and, like most things, is dangerous if done wrong, but completely harmless if done right.

So far, the video has gained more than 37 million views and 938,808 likes on Instagram. Users were stunned to see the toddler.

“Many fears are inherited from our parents. The best thing we can do is teach our children to progress through fear, to keep moving and to be challenged. It develops resilience. Good for these parents to live their best lives with their baby; that’s not going to be a kid who’s afraid to do something,” said one user. Another commented: “OMG!!! I want to see more of her happy fearlessness!” A third user said, “This is great, and your daughter is incredibly lucky to have parents like you.”
